What equipment do I need to return to SKY?
Here’s a quick check-list of the equipment that needs to be returned when you disconnect your account or if you’ve removed a Multiroom box.

Note: Please also return any cables/wires that were provided with these devices.
SKY CONNECTIVITY DEVICES
SCART-TO-AV
This lead has 3 cables (red, white, yellow).
Note: The aerial/dish cable is not required..
SCART-TO-COMPONENT
This lead has 5 cables (red, white, red, blue, green).
The HDMI cable is only used on a MY SKY HDi/+ or SKY box.
Note: The aerial/dish cable is not required.
HDMI CABLE
SKY SMART CARD (INSIDE THE SKY BOX)
Your Smart Card is fitted into a thin horizontal slot behind the MY SKY cover on the front of your box.
Get in contact with the crew if you haven't yet pre-arranged to return the equipment.
Note: If you paid an installation/joining fee of $599 for a MY SKY box, the equipment still remains the property of SKY and will need to be returned should you disconnect your service.
